This site belongs to Mavecure, the trade name under which Nicolás Maldonado Jacobsen operates as an individual, at Carrera 11A # 93-67, Bogotá, Colombia. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Use of the site

You may browse, read and share the content for informational purposes.

You may not use the site for illegal activities, try to access its systems without authorization, interfere with how it works, copy its content in bulk or by automated means, or send false information or other people's data through the forms without their authorization.

Intellectual property

The text, design, Mavecure name and logo, illustrations, photographs and code of this site belong to Mavecure or are used with their owners' permission. You may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. You may quote short excerpts if you credit the source.

Our clients' names and brands belong to each of them. We mention them only to describe real work.

Scope of the information

The content of this site is general and for information only. The figures in our case studies refer to specific projects, dates and contexts, and don't guarantee the same results in other projects.

Nothing published here is a commercial offer or advice for your situation. The scope, timeline and terms of each project are agreed in writing with each client.

Third-party links and services

The site links to or embeds third-party services such as Calendly, Substack, Cloudflare and LinkedIn. We don't control their content or policies and aren't responsible for them. When you use them, their own terms apply.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent Colombian law allows, Mavecure is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions based on its general content.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Bogotá.
